TOWIE it was a refusal to issue a statement hearing. So Dd3 will now be issued with a crap statement or EHCP and we will decide what to do from there.

We have made plans anyway for Dd3 so we may just try to get as much written into it without being forced back to tribunal.

Thankyou for all your posts!! It has been a strange day because I wasnt expecting to hear from them until at least Friday so it was a shock when my advocate rang me this morning wanting to ask if I had seen my emails!! Then I couldnt open it fast enough so I told him to tell me!!

I actually cant believe we have won after 18 months, 3 hearings and so much work and stress!!

But what a kick up the arse for LA's who say academically able children cant be statemented!!! Oh yes they can, if its what they need to help them stay in school!!

Can I ask a really dumb question in amongst my congratulations? When you say three hearings in 18 months do you mean for different stages? So not assessing then not issuing etc? Or all for the same thing and then finally winning?

Not that I'm stalking - lol

noeuf 1 was for refusal to assess which we won, then the LA assessed her and issued a note in lieu. 2 was appeal against the NIL and was adjourned because Dd3 moved to secondary in the middle of it all and new school said they hadnt had time to assess her. Number 3 was last week when we all went back and finished the job!!

Exhausting and if we wanted to name an independent setting we would be back again!! We are done fighting though!
