Well, ayear the judge has ordered that they put everything in the NIL into a statement (we are still under the old system) and also some more stuff. The decision letter was 8 pages long so there is quite a lot in there!!

Wow - sounds like the judge trounced the LA! Will that give DD what she needs or at least, start to make a difference?

Sorry all have had no internet for a few glorious days in a field. It has sunk in now and we are all really happy.

The whole process has been ridulously stressful as many of you know but I am so glad I didnt give up.
