So tomorrow is the next installment of our adjourned tribunal!!

We are up against a solicitor and a barrister apparently. Our LA deem this to be an appropriate use of public funds!

Shame they couldnt have spent the money on supporting Dd3!! Sad

This time tomorrow it will all be over!

Could do with some flaps and honks this is not a nice feeling Sad

SENDIST sent the last bit of paperwork today. The landscape pages are all printed portrait and the appendices are in the wrong order!!

I know I am being anal but how hard is it to put appendix 1b before 2!! Confused Hmm

A bit more stress!

Ineedmorepatience · 14/05/2015 19:43

A word of warning, don't bother to email stuff to sendist they cant sort it out properly, if you wat it doing right do it yourself!! And pay the ridiculous postage prices!!

The uptight feeling will pass. Make sure you line up something utterly absorbing but utterly mindless for tomorrow night, so your brain stops whirring all the time Flowers

AYearofMinorMiracles · 14/05/2015 22:12

Good luck, Ineed. Wishing you sleep tonight, a fair hearing tomorrow and the best possible outcome for your DD. The fact they are throwing so much at it must mean you stand a very good chance of winning. Take care and let us know all the details. Will be thinking of you.

mumsuz · 14/05/2015 22:55

Good luck! Hope it goes well!

Icimoi · 14/05/2015 23:54

They shouldn't have both a solicitor and a barrister in the tribunal room: they would have to have special permission, and if they had asked for it you should have been copied in to their application. If there is any suggestion of this, make sure you tell the tribunal that you object.

Ineedmorepatience · 15/05/2015 07:22

Thanks ici we put in an objection earier in the week but havent heard anything from sendist about it!

We will raise it again this morning !
