It took me about 5 seconds to work out that we'd just had a completely "normal" exchange (even the eye contact was 'right'). Then I had to pick myslef up off the floor. 7 years I've waited for this!

Great to hear that he came in for his tea. Maybe he's just reached that stage where he will do what he's asked sometimes because of the previous years of hard work?

TBH I think his understanding of language has taken a bit leap, which makes it far easier to reason with him a little. So he accepts explanations.

Anyway I followed Donna William's advice today and WE NO LONGER HAVE THE CALENDAR ON JANUARY!!!!! (it;s been on January since......January).
