Can you block people from tweeting replies?

Just tried to reply to a couple of tweets and it won't let me. From a particular organisation.

Could they have blocked me?

IE I'm not ignoring your requests for help/content/articles etc. I'm racing the clock, will be on the move over the next couple of weeks and also hosting so it's all a bit crazy. Also, when I've jotted down stuff, it is easy enough to recall, but not to articulate because it makes me so fecking angry. I WILL help, but have to kinda look after myself too.

I am a real beginner. Only started about a month ago but got lots of tips here.

Basically if you see a post you like and want to share with your followers you can press retweet under it.

If someone wants you to retweet they will write RT or pls RT or some variation and again you can press retweet underneath it.

If you want to tweet on a topic you can use # so you can tweet and put #SEN and then anyone looking for SEN stuff will see it,

If you want to get the attention of someone you can tweet at the using their name @whatever....

Still not really getting it. Seemed to have randomly come across some people who go to SEN meetings with MPs and so sent them a link to the CFB submission asking if they have seen/read it.

No idea if that is the right thing to do, and they probably think I'm nuts from my name.

Find some with hardly any and they'll probably follow you back
