Starlight; love the fact you identify yourself as advocate and not parent! in reviews I always referred to myself as lead tutor; how many sarcastic looks that got.......
KeepCalm; I am so sorry, I don't even understand how that can be...Appalling really.
Inappropriatelyemployed: Almost every professionals will refer to you as Mum and Dad; don't let them think that this is all you are; you are your child's ultimate expert. the one that knows best, full stop. I read recently an MP saying to another that LA should be supportive of parents and not be their master......this is how it should be indeed.
