I would love to attend. I see you can get a reduced booking for 4 or more. I wonder what the discount is?

inappropriatelyemployed · 11/10/2012 21:47

I've emailed them to find out. Perhaps if there are four of us, we could book together?

ScreamingManAndGoryOn · 11/10/2012 21:50

I'd love to go to that. Count me in.

I am happy to try and organise a group booking! I love that area of London and I have always wanted to hear Tony speak!!!

If it doesn't sound to bossy, and you are happy for me to make enquiries about a group booking, do you want to PM me?

lisad123 · 11/10/2012 22:23

I went to a conference he did in Lincoln. It was brilliant and I'm so glad I went.

< wanders off to read linky thing and ponder how to persuade DH I really neeeed to go again >

lisad123 · 11/10/2012 22:54

I'm likely staying in London on the Thursday night as its madness getting to London. If anyone is staying over let me know, happy to meet

Just got an email back and if there are a few of us, we will be able to get a deal. I will ring tomorrow so do let me know if you are interested so I can get an idea of numbers.

AgnesDiPesto · 11/10/2012 23:21

me! you have my email address

inappropriatelyemployed · 11/10/2012 23:57

Fab!

moosemama · 12/10/2012 10:36

I would love to go, but am far to much of a wuss to go to London on my own.

I will ask dh if he would like to take some leave and come with me - so possibly two places here, but I won't know until later tonight if that's ok? (Musing over it being a good excuse for a night away in a nice hotel as well. Grin)

Shall I pm you my email address IE?

inappropriatelyemployed · 12/10/2012 11:01

Yes, that's great. I'll look after you if you don't have DH!!

tigertum2010 · 12/10/2012 11:10

Hi ie,

I've pm'ed you, thanks.

Also, thanks to Lisad123 for drawing attention to the conference.

moosemama · 12/10/2012 11:39

Thanks IE. Smile

To my shame, my little sister lives in London and I have never been to visit her. Blush

inappropriatelyemployed · 12/10/2012 12:25

As Lisa said, it is £50 (without lunch). We need to book before 1 November.

If you can PM me if you are definite with your name, I can let her know and she will send an invoice with her bank details and I can circulate that to you for everyone to pay their own share.

Hope that's ok?

cornsconkers · 12/10/2012 12:28

oooh what day of the week is it on?

inappropriatelyemployed · 12/10/2012 12:35

Friday I think.

moosemama · 12/10/2012 12:38

Does unemployed mean as in receipt of benefits, or just not working? I assumed I would have to pay full price as I am SAHM rather than unemployed, iyswim. Confused

inappropriatelyemployed · 12/10/2012 12:39

No, I think unwaged just means not in employment. The rate we have is £50 if we are in a group irrespective of employment status.

lisad123 · 12/10/2012 13:15

I'm def going and am staying over the night before. If anyone wants to know hotel details I'm happy to share once I know where I'm staying.

moosemama · 12/10/2012 13:59

£50 regardless is a really good deal.

Thank you Lisa and IE for arranging it and letting us know. [thanks'

moosemama · 12/10/2012 13:59

Try thank again shall I? Thanks
