Come on roll up you have now got a good excuse to come down here and keep coff33 company Grin

My neighbours from hell who have injured my cat, poisoned my dog and wrecked my garden and gossiped all over town are going!!!!!!!!

But I think they are trying to sell privately and have put on on FB house for sale resonable offer.

My reasons are.............it would be good to have a mate next door AND if they dont sell they could end up bloody well staying AHHHHHHHHHHH! I know its a lot to ask but perhaps all you SN mums could chip in and use it as a holiday home LOL Grin

How much?

mycarscallednev · 22/06/2012 17:19

Where abouts?

coff33pot · 22/06/2012 17:22

one of these houses went for £150,000 last year. This one has a garage also, plus central heating and double glazing and extended back and garden. I am guessing at between £170,000 and £190,000 and that is a guess because I know they are desparate so may take lower.

St Ives mycar

devientenigma · 22/06/2012 17:24

WetAugust · 22/06/2012 17:26

St Ives - at that price. Incredulous. I'm looking in the St Just area as St Ives is out of my price range.

What's the catch?

coff33pot · 22/06/2012 17:27

yes as in cornwall Grin

I doubt they would swap dev unless you were down here too unfortunately x

ThoughtBen10WasBadPokemonOMG · 22/06/2012 18:02

I'd love to move to St Ives. However you haven't really sold the school to me Grin

devientenigma · 22/06/2012 18:14

no it was HRC and HRM and I even had to ask the SW for DP towards them, you should see the size of my windows.

Have you guessed where the live in carer, live in teacher sleep...............Grin

I tell you this board isn't as caring as it used to be Hmm

mycarscallednev · 22/06/2012 18:16

....together maybe - in a little 'love nest' tucked away behind those bloody awful stairs perchance?

devientenigma · 22/06/2012 18:18

they are for show anyway, we use the lift, so much nicer than the stairlift I have in my holiday homes

mycarscallednev · 22/06/2012 18:20

Oh please do show us the others - we love 'second home owners' here - so good for house prices for the locals.

WetAugust · 22/06/2012 18:23

Ignore the PM re school Coff - I'm losing it Confused

devientenigma · 22/06/2012 18:24

It's best I don't really, Iv'e already hijacked coff33s thread enough Grin

moosemama · 22/06/2012 18:32

Oh Coff I'd love to, I think your ds and my two would get on like a house on fire and we could put our feet up and sip Brew or Wine while they play together.

Mind you, I hear your local infant school isn't so good, so I'd need a good alternative for dd when she starts next year.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to move - ever! By order of DS1, awight!

Jux · 22/06/2012 18:40

I'd love to buy your neighbour's house. Do I have to friend them on FB in order to see i t(really hope not - hate FB)! My gran owned a flat overlooking the harbor. The old bag forgot that she'd disinherited my dad when he got married and so, despite reconciliation, when she died all her worldly goods had been left to the woman who had the flat across the landing from her (with whom she'd had a massive row and they had not spoken for 10 years). Madwoman, my gran. Grin

coff33pot · 22/06/2012 21:24

AH! but I dont think the local infant school would cock up if I walked in behind you LOL. I think she would have a nervous breakdown. Actually there is a lovely school in Carbis Bay which is 10 mins tops drive which is Juniors plus infants and one in Hayle that has a good rep I think. Also the local nursery (not to do with school) is lovely and they have a great after school pick up club.

Moose get on down here! Tell DS if he moves down he has a free for all on seven beaches, he hasnt got to talk to a soul if he doesnt want to and I know ALL the hidey places Grin
