My neighbours from hell who have injured my cat, poisoned my dog and wrecked my garden and gossiped all over town are going!!!!!!!!

But I think they are trying to sell privately and have put on on FB house for sale resonable offer.

My reasons are.............it would be good to have a mate next door AND if they dont sell they could end up bloody well staying AHHHHHHHHHHH! I know its a lot to ask but perhaps all you SN mums could chip in and use it as a holiday home LOL

Wet there is a catch you would have to talk non stop about AK47s, be regularly pulling sucker darts off your top windows and have a little herbert inviting himself in to raid the fridge LOL

I think we should all go - there's usually bugger all in the way of busses [so no worries about finding a buggy free space for our wheelchairs!], but the train ride is beautiful! Think its a great idea - MN SEN central!

sounds perfect Coff, but ds is adamant. For some reason he adores our tatty old, tiny, cramped house.

Not even beaches would tempt him, despite them being his favourite place on earth.

This is the kid that would rather have our camper rot away to nothing than fix it up a little and sell it so we can buy one in better nick. He simply cannot cope with the concept of loss on any level. We have now managed-ish to persuade him that if we buy a new rolling shell and transfer the interior and engine from our old van he might accept it. This has taken hours of negotiation and many, many tears, plus a diagram detailing exactly which parts will come off the old van and go on the new one. Unfortunately the only donor van we can find is brown and orange, whereas ours is blue and there's no way we could afford a respray. Worse than that, it's a left hand drive walkthrough, whereas ours is right hand drive with a half height bulkhead and three seats in the front - so if we go ahead the interior is going to look significantly different. Currently scouring the country for a rhd one like ours, but they are out of our price range unless they're as rotten as ours.

Dh and I have been trying to wrestle up a solution to this for over a fortnight now with little success. It's almost as stressful as the SEN process.

Nev, wouldn't it be great to take over a little close or mini-estate of houses, where there is nothing but tolerance and equality. I think we would have to call it MN SENtral though!

your DS and mine can dig my garden to their hearts contend as DS already does lol. I also got 6 to 8ft fencing surrounding that I chalk circle faces all over so DS can squirt his nurf water pistol commando style
