I know I haven't used mumsnet for ages but I couldn't not share this with you.

Okay it was with the aid of a walking frame which was delivered this morning, but she hasn't stopped using it. In fact, try and help her master a step or the gravel and she gets all annoyed with you!

It was amazing, totally amazing to see her walk ahead of me to the car when I picked her up this afternoon

Had to share that with you.

Oh TC - that's the end of an era, isn't it? the 'noooo mummy' sounded just so painful, before.

Oh, I wish i could see her do it....

TC I am soooooooooooooooooooooooo pleased

Lovely xxxx

Thomcat · 10/02/2006 17:54

She's loving it. I express a bit of milk each day so she can feed her which she loves doing and has to kiss her over and over again and say 'Looooook' throughout!
She strokes her so gently and says "Good boy" whilst doing so, LOL! First thing she does in the morning is crawl into us and climb onto the bed saying "sister, sister" and wants to hold her or lay next to her and stroke her. It's FAB.
