Kate and William and their potential baby?

I know this is going to sound a bit off, and I wouldn't wish a disabled child on anyone.

But given that it happens to the most normal people do you think it would help raise the profile of disabled children if one of the many children who are born with a disability, are born to them?

I'm not going to go so far as to wish/hope it because that would be awful. But I do wonder if it would make a difference.

I do however think that maybe if Kate and Wills had a child with ASD the only positive we could hope for might be that some media outlets would stop seeing it in a stereotypical way.

When Paul Scholes revealed his DS has Autism, papers like the DM wrote a really odd article with so many stereotypes. Maybe a high profile couple like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge would change some perceptions of the disorder.

I kinda know what the intention was behind this thread Star but I have to admit i'm finding it kind of wrong and slightly creepy :(
