Place you bets here - are we going to tribunal again?

Amended statement due end of this week. We had the proposed, we rewrote it completely, promised it by end of week.

Should I currently be downloading appeal forms?

Silly question, but as it is a Statement issued after an annual review and presumably the Statement you had last year after your Tribunal was legal, i.e quantified and specified, can you ask them why they have "amended" the Statement against the decision of the Tribunal last year that required it to be specified and quantified?

Yes, thank ou TTTW. I can do that and will, but I'm not going to delay starting the appeal whilst we argue the toss. I will however, put that in my SENDIST reasons for appeal.

The thing is, the tribunal didn't order the specificy. The LA Legal bod made sure it was still waffly on the day so that we could spend 2/3 of the tribunal time 'negotiating' the SALT and leave practically no time left for the ABA.

Thanks - will try to be robot mum.

Star - this delaying tactics seem to be getting increasingly common. Last month a friend had to pay her legal team for the second day because the LA strung out their bit.
