I came on here to look for mums to share stuff with but it seems that there are a number of spiteful, vile, bitches on some of the other boards. I usually stick around special needs and camping.
Why anyone would go out of their way to be so nasty to someone who is just getting through life with kids with special needs is beyond me.
Sorry for stating the obvious but I am just gobsmacked..

The poster was a hypocrite ! with her hollier than thou attitude and intolerance to another mum she displayed.
She was playing top trumps by suggesting she thought she was better because she saw disability as her childs cross to bear not hers . We all know this about our children but who helps our children bear their cross but us, their Mums, and as much as we love our children it can be heartbreaking and backbreaking at times too.
This poster just came accross as bitter and foolish to me and to hide behind a name change too ! If the poster was not ashamed of anything she was saying then why hide behind a name change. Chances are she'd never dare say such ridiculous things in RL, thats why i wouldn't name change. I am who i am, on here as i am in RL.
The post was just very sad, attacking anyone who the poster seems to think may not be as 'correctly' emotionally adjusted as she clearly see's herself as being...rubbish !

It has been deleted, and in a way I'm glad I never saw it but get the gist from whats on here. Playground bullying is a phrase that comes to mind.

i only saw the first page before i went to work, and it was all relatively civilised - i was pondering it as i drove off. i assume it all went pear shaped, but did anyone actually mention riven? mnhq seem to be saying it might have been coincidence/ unintentional?

I think I might know who the op was. If it is who I think it is she is a lurker rather than a poster (does have a child with special needs) and posts/reads from a non-SN regular's (although not so much these days - the regular I mean unless she's name changed) computer.

If it is her she's done a very similar thing before. Her child(ren) is older and she's clearly not so isolated in RL as some.

Oh now I will spend all day feeling like miss marple trying to think who you might mean
