There already is a support thread (and a previous thread started by Brambley Hedge that filled all 1000 messages). I set up and run the EHCP support threads on here and I have found three things: a) posters don't always know how to name what they are going through so may not know what EBSA means as it's not a term in everyday use, although becoming more common; and b) posters will start their own threads anyway, which is understandable if you don't want to trawl through 1000s of messages; and c) people going through this stuff don't have a lot of time to reply to others, so ironically you can get more helpful advice off the specialist threads due to traffic, as long as you're up for ignoring the unhelpful messages from people with no experience!

Mumsnet could help maybe by sticking support threads to the top of the sections so they don't get lost.
