Hello fellow fat fighters, I bit the bullet and went back to SW last night I have about 5 stone to lose and would like at least one off before Christmas. Would anyone care to join me?

I would love to join you! Friend has been going to SW for a while and has been trying to convince me to join. I have given in and will have the first session on Friday. I am really nervous about the weighing part, is it visible to others when they do it?
I have about 4 stones to lose, potentially more, I guess the scale will tell soon πŸ™ˆ

Ah, that's a relief! I am so scared to see what the number may be, but it is time I bloody own it...

Are you doing any other lifestyle changes? I work from home at the moment and am so low on exercie. Will have to do something to change that.

I would like to join please, I think I need a buddy as I am struggling to stick to it. My Dad passed away in July and all I want to do is eat rubbish but am also keen to lose weight.

The more the merrier 😊 so I've been furloughed since April I've turned into a couch potato well and truly. I really need to do a proper shop because my days had consisted of
B-Blueberries,banana & yogurt
Snack-Apple & cheese
L-lettuce,celery and cheese (poor I know)
And I'm currently eating beans because I was starving and needed to grab somthing, so tomoz I will hopefully have some better things in to eat

Good morning everyone! Great to have a little team here! Are any of you new to SW or have you tried it before? I am completely new, so will need to get my head around the concept, but it seems it isn't that difficult. Cheese are bread are my biggest fall, so will have to somehow manage my portions or abstain. What are your food weaknesses?

Hi :) im a few weeks in but will join you.
Got an apple watch as an early 30th birthday present from my parents, i’m a bit obsessed with the activity tracker, hoping that combining that with SW will result in the lbs coming off. 3.5 stone to go, weighing in tomorrow evening.
How are you all finding your journeys so far. Ive been around slimming world for a long time and must say I’m loving the new things and the barcode scanner on the app!

@DAC21 i’ve been doing it for a long time so know the plan fairly well.

My biggest weakness is boredom snacking, grabbing a biscuit every time I go in the kitchen

Oh yes, boredom snacking. I can grab a handful of biscuits without even realising! I sometimes have good periods when I eat sensibly, but haven't had one of those for a while...

I started back on Monday after a break of about 4 years !!!!
I've got 3 stone to lose, it's surprising how much stuff I remember incorrectly. Glad I've re-read the book or I'd already be off plan Confused

I can’t wait for payday tomorrow to go do a food shop. Got very little in.
Pasta bolognese for tea tonight, probably be a salad for lunch as have sod all else in.
Not many biscuita fortunately, the kids can have whats left πŸ˜‚

For lunch I plan a jacket potatoe with tuna.

For evening meal thinking omelette, I've just picked up loads of veg to Chuck in it Grin wish it was time to eat already

I'm currently eating the other half of the omelette I made yesterday, I love Tuna jacket but with mayo and cheese ! What do u mix the mayo with so it isn't dry? X

Hi all may I join in too . I have about 1 stone still to lose and lost just over 2 since last year . Struggling to keep it off now even though maintained during lockdown . I weighed in today and have eaten all day long just after having a slice of toast and honey . So I'm now ready to give it a good push now until Xmas .
@designmama I'm sorry about your dad , been there and it's not easy .
I do have some stresses going on in life at the moment so it's not going to be easy but ready to try again .

I've got around 3 stone to lose, being stuck in lockdown, all I've done is eat. Breakfast weetabix banana. Snack 2 ryvitas with laughing cow lights, tomatoes and ham. Very hungry today, already thinking about tea 😁

Hi everyone! I need some will power! My first session is on Friday and I am stupidly stuffing my face with things until then and just cannot stop. I am so worried I won't be able to stick to the SW plan and will just fall back on my usual bad habits. :(

I'm a couple of weeks in, have about a stone, maybe a stone & a half to lose.
Also started couch to 5k too to try to help excercise, am on week 4 of that!

Well done! I done that a few years back was a really good way of getting fit mind I've ruined it all now. I've been out walking Everyday which is good because I've turned into a potato
