40g of oats in a jar, a bowl, a glass etc... with 200g of fat free natural yogurt. Add some berries and give it a stir. Cover and chill overnight so that the porridge absorbs the yogurt. In the morning, stir it again, top with more fruit and dust with cinnamon, if you want.
I prefer using frozen fruit as it is both cheaper and doesn’t totally dissolve overnight.
I usually make a batch that’s enough for two servings and then serve half.
Sometimes I add two teaspoons of Choc Shot (1syn) if I’m really craving sweet.

I leave mine out as I don't like it chilled either. Baked oats is also nice.
4 eggs
160g porridge oats
750g fat free Greek yoghurt.
Mix it all together and bung in her oven for 45 min.

I don't use the yogurt. I just put milk in as part of Hex then frozen blueberries and fresh strawberries added in the morning

Overnight oats are my 'go to' however now I've found pancakes!
40g Ready Brek ( I split it 20g Ready Brek & 20g oats) HEB
2 eggs
4 tbsp Fat free natural yoghurt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Mix. Fry light a shallow pan. I use an ice cream scoop to measure out. A couple of minutes each side. This recipe makes approx 6
A mountain of fresh cut fruit, 1 level tbsp sweetener, 1/2 syn and hey presto.

I use a half cup, which equals 30g and pour the same amount of soya milk over and leave in pots in the fridge - then add three table spoon of frozen mixed fruit
in the morning I add banana

soya milk is a bigger allowance on sw and creamer in soaked oats

I make up 5 pots for the week on a Sunday
