Hi everyone,
Backstory - I lost 4st last year on SW (from 14st 6lbs down to 10st 9lbs, healthy BMI). I also started running which was awesome, physically and physiologically and had never felt healthier but unfortunately that's out of the question right now due to my hectic lifestyle. This year however, things have massively gone down hill due to stress (no excuse I know, lesson learned). I've managed to gain back a good proportion if not all of what I lost, I feel so foolish. I've tried getting back on track a few times but have really struggled but finally took the plunge on Wednesday and I am determined not only to lose the excess weight to be a healthier version of me but to also keep it off and learn new ways of dealing with stress rather than comfort eating 
So I'm now on day 3 and have not given into temptation nor do I hope I will. I thought a support thread for those who really struggle or who have struggled would be helpful? Or for anyone who wants a natter about their weight, SW, challenges, difficulties etc....
