I've lost a pound this week - actually a pound and a quarter but the weight tracker only uses half pounds. I'm happy with that as I did slip a couple of times this week and a pound is still a pound :)

Groovee · 17/06/2017 09:16

Well done Imagination x

Groovester · 17/06/2017 09:58

Back on it this morning after my night off. Having done some thinking about my gain I think I may be a bit loaded down having not been to the toilet since Sunday....TMI, I know.
Anyway, Strawberries, melon and grapes for breakfast. Bacon, scrambled eggs and spinach for lunch. Going to try pinch of nom chicken shawarmas for our evening meal, possibly done on barbecue. It's warm here but not sunny.
Well done imagination

Well done Imagination.

This made me giggle on the TCC FB page. I love their humour, it's so true. Some of the slimmer of the week basket stuff usually gets slung in the bin, it's almost rotten.

Good luck Groovster, hope you manage to go and you're lbs lighter Grin

Lovely and sunny here today, makes me want to go for a long walk. Need to wait for DH to get in from work first and DS2 to get back from respite, so might get a walk later, or just wait till tomorrow and go out for the day as meant to be nice.

Danone have brought a coconut light and free yoghurt out, exclusive to Asda, so managed to get some and will have it with oats tomorrow for breakfast. Hope it's not disappointing like the lemon one.

😂😂😂 I got a red chilli one time and the one that made me grateful one week was the cold can of Pepsi max 😂

OwlinaTree · 17/06/2017 12:04

Wonder if you could use the Coconut yoghurt in a Thai curry?

Didn't manage 10,000 steps yesterday, only around 9000. Will attempt extra today. Got the hen party tonight, so maybe if we do some dancing that will help!

Out in the garden this am, cut lawn and clearing and planting up a front bed. I love a nice garden but hate the effort involved!!

FoofFighter · 17/06/2017 16:55

I'll be interested to see how you find the coconut light and free, sold out in my Asda. I need something less syns thAn coconut cream for curries.

OwlinaTree · 17/06/2017 17:01

Feeling very pleased today. Went to try on a couple of dresses for the hen night tonight and lots of my old favourites fitted! I was doing so as I have rejected my first choice due to it being long sleeved and therefore too warm. So I thought I'd try on a few of my pre baby dresses and quite a few fit! I'm so delighted!

Not eating chips and bread for months all seems worth it now! Grin

Groovee · 17/06/2017 18:08

Aww great NSV @OwlinaTree x

Groovee · 17/06/2017 18:09

Made Fanta Zero chicken. It was ok. DH and Dd loved it.

I have just had a sort-of NSV. No laughing at me please.......Grin I want to tell you that I have knickers flying proudly on my washing line!!!!! We have lived here 16 years and have a long washing line that goes the length of the garden. When you pull it up for maximum drying it flies beautifully for our neighbours to see as we live on a hill. I have never pegged any of my knickers out for fear of a neighbour seeing them and mistaking them for windsocks! Blush All dried in the dryer all year round. Today I was brave and pegged up my smaller knickers for all to see!!!! and they had all better notice them Grin This is probably the weirdest NSV ever, right????

Not had a brilliant week here as I have eaten out once and then went to a friends for a meal last night, too. It was delicious, but very off plan. When invited to a friends, though, I couldn't be fussy. it was curry and rice and salad. Not too bad, but I would normally have filled up with salad, but there was just one small bowl between 11 of us, so I didnt want to take it all. The rice had almonds, raisins and lots of other yummy things added and the curry was creamy. Oh well, on it today and I will just take the hit on Tuesday if I have to.

fizzingwhizbee · 17/06/2017 19:21

I've never made that groovee what's it like? Is it really sweet?

fizzingwhizbee · 17/06/2017 19:22

Well done owl what a lovely feeling!

ibuiltahomeforyou · 17/06/2017 19:27

That's lovely Owl! Well done!

ALemonyPea · 17/06/2017 19:30

PA that made me smile. You display your knickers with pride!

I used to walk around the shops and hide the size on the hangers of the clothes I was buying. Now I don't.

Have done loads of body magic today, did loads of gardening and helped DH build a trampoline. I've probably drunk my own weight in liquids. Had to go to the shops and buy ice cubes as freezer wasn't freezing them fast enough for my liking.

Groovee · 17/06/2017 20:58

Fizzing, it's not as sweet as I expected it to be x

noodlezoodle · 17/06/2017 23:14

PA I loved your NSV, good for you!

Very on-plan week and I lost... NOTHING. Stayed exactly the same. I am quietly raging, but reminding myself it's a marathon, not a sprint, and hoping that means a better loss next week. Sigh.

FaithAgain · 18/06/2017 08:11

noodle sympathies, weeks like that are so frustrating! It could be water retention in the heat too? Keep drinking and hopefully you'll see a loss next weigh in.

I had a couple of NSV in town when I went shopping! I bought some new clothes and found I got in small in Gap and H&M (wore a L when I started SW!) and when I got my bra measured I've gone down 2 back sizes! I look loads better in the new bras too, they are uplifted! I had a massive blowout on Friday though - went to see Guns N' Roses in London and had booze and McDonald's! Shock Hoping the 6 miles I walked will have helped redress the balance slightly!

FaithAgain · 18/06/2017 08:13

PS PA that made me smile! Grin Wave those knickers and be proud!

OwlinaTree · 18/06/2017 08:42

On the bad side I am so hungover. On the good side I've already done 6,000+ steps todayGrin

Groovee · 18/06/2017 09:12

I love your NSV PA.

Faith it's amazing what a correct sized bra does. I need to get measured soon too.

Groovee · 18/06/2017 09:13

Wow at the steps Owlina x

Artofnoise1 · 18/06/2017 11:27

I had yogurt and fruit this morning for breakfast after having yesterday off plan.
I had an Aldi light fruit layered summer berries yogurt. Could anyone tell me the syn value please?
I know some if them are free but not sure about this one.
Thanks.
Hope everyone's enjoying the sun.

Groovee · 18/06/2017 11:49

Art I think it's 0.5 syns as I accidentally bought them once but they were lovely x
