So I've been doing slimming world for 4 weeks and in the first week lost 3lb then 1.5lb then gained 0.5 and yesterday lost 1lb. I really want to go for it this week I'm going to log on this tread everything I eat anyone want to do the same we might get some ideas together:)) so yesterday bread option, 2 eggs and some smoked salmon, fruit salad and yoghurt, veggi chilli, rice and salad with cheese option. Syncs chocolate 6, then at a friends birthday about 5 peanuts and 5 maltesers think that's the rest of my syns!
Today banana, skinny coffee and alpen light bar. So far so good!

Grape nuts, FF yog; blueberries.
2 corn thins, two pieces of pastrami, a whole punnet of cherries (extravagant but half price in Waitrose today!).
A scandi crispbread with marmite.
A white peach. More blueberries.
Lots of tea and coffee.
A Dorset cereals bar.

Find it v hard not to snack when I'm marking exams ...

2 Alpen light bars
1 apple
Salad with pasta and chickpeas
Banana
Few almonds
2 more Alpen light bars prior to 10k run!
Thai green curry

I'm probably not following the plan as closely as I should but am trying to stay away from the sweets, cakes, bread etc. Scales haven't shifted since Monday so hoping there will be a miraculous drop over the weekend or I'll have to cut off a leg (weigh in is on Monday).

So far today, just porridge with berries as working at home. Lunch will be baked potato with salad and beans I think and risotto on menu. Trying to avoid eating my Ds's gingerbread men and muffins!
