So I've been doing slimming world for 4 weeks and in the first week lost 3lb then 1.5lb then gained 0.5 and yesterday lost 1lb. I really want to go for it this week I'm going to log on this tread everything I eat anyone want to do the same we might get some ideas together:)) so yesterday bread option, 2 eggs and some smoked salmon, fruit salad and yoghurt, veggi chilli, rice and salad with cheese option. Syncs chocolate 6, then at a friends birthday about 5 peanuts and 5 maltesers think that's the rest of my syns!
Today banana, skinny coffee and alpen light bar. So far so good!

Another day working at home but the 4pm munchies strike!

Brekkie was poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and 1 slice of bread
Lunch was baked potato with half can of beans and salad
Dinner will be quinoa, chicken and apricot concoction

Snacks have been grapes, 1 nakd bar and the Ripple :(

Iggity I have a gorgeous blue 1950's style dress. It's a size 14 and I always felt amazing in it! I can't wait until it fits again, another 2.5lbs off for this week so I'm getting closer Grin

Just 1.5lbs to go until my stone award!

I only had 1 Easter egg this year, it felt so naughty but I enjoyed every morsel Smile

Hi all, can I join? I've had a cracking two weeks, 3.5lbs off last week and 4lbs off this week - unfortunately, it was simply getting rid of the half stone I'd let creep on over about 4 weeks, so although it's big numbers, it's not really taken me any closer to target :( I've been doing SW for just over a year so need to sort myself out and get on with it really.

Anyway, today I had:
Breakfast: melon
Lunch: Chicken and half an Uncle Ben's Special Fried Rice packet (4.5 syns for the whole pack, so I'd say about 2 for what I had).
Dinner: Tuna steak in a SW marinade (lemon juice, paprika, soy sauce, salt & pepper) with half a jacket potato and salad.
Snacks: a banana

Bad chocolate day. That is the end of buying multi-packs of Ripple bars, end of Ripple bars full stop. Walked 8 miles today. Hope that has helped. Back on it in the morning. Dreading Monday's weigh in. I may have to lose a body part over the weekend.

8 Blush plus 2 packs of mini eggs and a box of thorntons! I can't bring myself to throw them away, hoping the boys will hurry up and eat them.

Yesterday I had

B - grapes
L - piri piri chicken and salad (only ate half though I made it far to hot!)
D - chicken, spinach, potato and mushroom curry with rice (only at half though as I had made it really bland and tasteless - I am an awful cook!)

Snacks - strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, banana with fat free yoghurt and 2 alpen light bars (hexB)

Syns - thorntons Easter egg, 26 syns Sad

Oooh I'm getting good at this being good lark!

B: Special K Yoghurty (5 syns) and 250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEA)
L: Subway chicken salad bowl, no cheese, honey mustard dressing (2.5 syns)
D: Tandoori chicken cooked by my mum (she told me what was in it, all free/superfree foods) and boiled rice.
Snacks: A banana.

I went to the gym again today, too and managed to resist the insane "feed me now!" post-workout hunger until I got home and had my banana :)

2 Alpen light bars
Chicken salad
Baked potato with salad and bit of cheese
Snacks: banana, apple, few almonds, few pieces of dried mango

Was out helping fundraise this evening at shopping centre hence the baked potato and cheese and almonds/mango.

Still feeling very annoyed with myself about last night. Weight has gone up by over a pound since yesterday. I'm considering not going for weigh in on Monday. Pay £5 to be told I've eaten too much. Am still on the wagon but considering jumping off.

Inspiration, not too much chocolate left here. DH got the last ripple bar so think there is just one packet of buttons left. I have realised this morning that it's about 3 weeks til I go away. I wanted to lose a stone by this date so another 6 pounds to go. I wish I felt as energised and enthusiastic as I did 5 weeks ago. I resisted chocolate brioche and welsh cakes this evening whilst out but could so easily have stuck five in my mouth. Off to have a cuppa and maybe a nakd bar!

Inspiration can you donate any remaining ones to a foodbank or other cause?

I feel your pain though, I had 4 weeks where I just totally fell off the wagon and it was awful.

I've broken them up into bits and they are in sandwich bags in the freezer so I don't think they would want them. I'm just greedy Blush

I'm going on holiday in a months time and really wanted to lose as much weight as I could before then

Ooooh, bad, bad planning on my part yesterday meant I had a really bad lunch of 2 slices of toasted fruit bread, and then through the course of the afternoon, 2 muffins.

Breakfast was bitesize Shredded Wheat, with my HEA as 250ml semi-skimmed mil, and a banana. Dinner was SW doner meat and salad.

I'm going to be fine for meals the rest of the week though, so hopefully it won't impact too much on the scales. I did do around an hour of ice skating yesterday, too.

New week, new start.
Started by not going to meeting tonight so no weigh in for me. Determined to stay off the scales this week and not jump on them every morning. On Wednesday, it will be 3 weeks until holiday so aiming for 2 pounds a week. Nothing more, nothing less.

Brekkie: 2 alpen light bars
Lunch: baked potato with cottage cheese and salad
Dinner: prawn provencale made with tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, red pepper, onion, garlic and brown rice.

Snack: banana and grapes
Syns: 1 berry naked bar (6.5) 1 mini packet of haribo (3)
Exercise: 10.5k walk

Tuesday
Brekkie: 2 Alpen light bars
Lunch: salad with tuna....meant to get some bulgur wheat but didn't have time
Dinner: 3 sausages with potatoes and veggies

Snacks: banana, apple, grapes
Syns: sausages are 4.5 syns each
Exercise: will go for a run

Wednesday
Brekkie: eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: Spag bol with lots of veg in it
Snacks: apple, banana
HEB: 2 alpen light bars
No syns apart from 1 teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter

Exercise: not much apart from gentle stroll at lunchtime

Left over bolognaise with green beans for lunch
Couple of slices of bread (the tiny slices) with some cheese for dinner

Snacks: nectarine, apple, 2 alpen light bars (HEB)
Syns: dark chocolate
Exercise: browsing around shops

We'll after being not great leading up to hols and a bit of over eating on hols, I'm back. Missed last week's meeting to try and get back on track and went tonight and 1.5 pounds off. Just 1.5 pounds from 1 stone off and then 6 pounds to target! Very excited and aiming to get there before I go on hols at end of July....hopefully sooner!

Need to do this too: had 4 weigh-ins and am a mere pound off losing a stone ... Grape nuts and ff yogurt this am; did scoff a brownie at work this morning as PMT energy needed a boost and there just weren't any trusty apples out for me!!
