Seems like he's over tired.
I find changing scenery works so if you're in your bedroom take him out into the kitchen or living room.
Put some white noise on your phone.

Offer milk

That sounds awful, I have a 5 year old still wakes - but easier now ( at least the colic and reflux stopped when he started to wean at 6 months ) I - one time though he was terrible at sleeping as in crying and screaming turned out the poor kid had an ear infection and laying down does make it hurt worse - have you tried some calpol or nurophen? - to rule out that ?

I think he's teething today there's been signs he's had a calpol but he was crying so much made himself sick so I'm not
Gonna give him anymore he seems

Hey just wanted to say I hope you both got some sleep. I was thinking put him in your bed sometimes when it's a survival it's the only way - hope you both have a better day
