Portable blackout blinds

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good portable blackout blind? We're going away in a few weeks and my dd and partner can't sleep unless the room is darker than a cave. Looking for a good one to take with us.

I liked gro-blind but tbh aluminium foil and sellotape works just as well and less space to pack.

I just take some blackout material with me and double sided tape - travel blackout blinds never stick and are always the wrong shape and size!

Tin foil and sticky tape works well

We've used ones like this before. We got ours from IKEA for £5 but these look similar. If you buy some strong double sided tape you can use them twice. They come folded flat.

Thanks everyone, maybe we'll try some tinfoil and sticky tape

Tin foil is a bad idea. It heats up and cracks the windows if it's a very hot day. I found out the hard way!

We've just bought a travel friendly blackout blind from Tommee Tippee via Vinted. They come in 2 sizes, stick on with suckers & you can adjust the size using the velcro tabs. Not perfect blackout but I was impressed all the same.

Gro Anywhere Blackout Blind: I think this is a popular choice among parents for its versatility and ease of use. It uses suction cups to attach to the window, making it easy to adjust to different window sizes. The Gro Anywhere Blackout Blind is lightweight and wordle comes with a travel bag, making it convenient for travel.
