Hi,
I have a two week old baby who is breastfed. He was born two weeks after expected due date (if that’s relevant).
He was 4.08kg at birth, lost 80g in first week then put on 250g in second week.
Last night he slept for 10 hours straight. He then had some little sleeps during the day, but not much, then feel asleep at 5.17pm and is still sleeping at 1.55am. That is 8.37 hours of sleep straight.
Is this ‘normal’? Is this too long? From what I’ve read if they’re gaining wait then you shouldn’t wake them for anything, they will wake themselves for changing, feeding etc.
