Private message reply causes conversation and message box to disappear

Hi - when i try and reply to a private message, the whole conversation disappears on the screen and the box disappears so i have to restart the messaging

We've tried to recreate the issue from our side but haven't been able to reproduce it so far. Would you be able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing? That would really help us investigate what's going on.

If you're using a Windows device, you can usually take a screenshot by pressing the Print Screen (PrtSc) key on your keyboard. On some keyboards, you may need to press Fn and Print Screen at the same time.
