Why are my settings showing the wrong email address and usernames?

My settings is showing an email address that isn't mine and doesn't show any of my previous user names.

Would you be better to email [email protected] so that you can give them the email address/names that you're seeing and the email address you should be seeing? It might help to work out what's happening.

It sounds like you could have been hacked and the person didn't think to log you out when they did so? If your email address has been changed in your user settings, you won't receive any emails from MNHQ because they will presumably be emailing the new email address which isn't yours.

As Lougle mentioned, it would be super helpful to see exactly what you're seeing. Would you be able to send screenshots of your settings page to us via email on [email protected]? If you could also include the email address that you think should be associated with your account, that would be amazing.
