My activity head and shoulders disappeared?

On laptop. It briefly flashes up on a refresh, but then disappears. Means I can't see things like private messages, log out and settings.

This sounds like it might be a browser issue you're having. Please could you try clearing your cache and logging back into the site?

Me too! I’ve started a thread on it in Site Stuff and MN say it’s the app. But I’m not on the app…..

Mine has disappeared too - I'm on the mobile site.

I'm on a laptop, all ok here so far.

Is it possible to clear the cache just for this website? I don't want to lose all my saved logins and passwords. Would it flash up and disappear if it were a cache thing?

I've tried using another browser, my account icon is there at the top, but the site doesn't work at all.

It’s disappeared on DuckDuckGo, but still visible on Safari and Chrome.

Mine disappeared after I marked all as read. I could see it for a second when I refreshed the page but not for long enough to click on. Then it reappeared when I got a new notification.

Also, if anyone is able to get a screen recording of this. If it's possible to catch it disappearing that would be great, but we understand that might be fairly tricky. Would be interesting to at least see what it looks like when the head and shoulders aren't there. Thank you.

Same here, I'm also on Duck Duck Go. Will be on my work laptop tomorrow so will see if it's also an issue on Edge.

Yes, I think people were a bit too vocal about how good Duck is at speeding the site up.

also happening on Firefox. Means I have to use the mobile site to change name or access any other account settings. As soon as I try to access the region with the account icon, it disappears.

There’s a workaround someone on my thread about this mentioned - second to top left hand Talk link gives you Customise, so you can Log Out, change name etc. I wouldn’t like to speculate that DuckDuckGo users might find that disappears
How odd that browser settings should target one specific user link option. I’m sure there’s a techsplanation for it.

There seems to be a correlation between the reloading on DDG and the Nat West ad covering the page on other browsers

I think only seeing notifications when I have one versus no ads is a trade off I live with.
