Mn app ( iPhone) not working

Hello my mn app on iPhone won’t let me log on, I’m fine on the website just the app , please help me 🙏

The website wasn’t working for ages either. Keeps verifying I’m a human and then crashing out. Has it been hacked?

The MN iOS app isn’t working on my phone either

Yep my app is kaput and I’ve just managed to log on via safari after about 20 tries. Something’s gone awry somewhere!

MN have posted on another site stuff thread that there are some server issues at the moment

It's the same for lots of us - have a look on the other thread in which MNHQ has responded.

I will try to find it , the website on my phone is very difficult for me to use 😭

It's not the app, the site has been up and down like a yo-yo.

I can use the website (obviously) but the app won’t log me in , I sign in and the page freezes.

Cannot get into anything on app at all. Have tried the usual suggested fix of uninstalling it and trying again. Just says oops nothing here on every page

The app keeps freezing, I’m getting bad vibes.

Still freezing. My phone keeps overheating whenever I use MN which is less and less these days

Oh interesting! , mine has been getting hot and slowing down! Didn’t occur to me it was mn app!

I have same. 3 different iOS devices.

Hello @JaneJeffer thanks for posting. Your initial issues were caused by a problem with one of our servers, that has since been resolved - can you let us know a bit more about what is happening now, please?

And @jeffgoldblum @Ereshkigalangcleg any more info is helpful, including whether you're on app/mobile site, device, browser, screengrabs, etc. Thank you.

Same happening for me over the last few days. Overheating rapidly and slowing down until it kicks me out of the app entirely. It’s limiting the amount I spend on here (not entirely a bad thing!) as I’m worried about how hot the phone gets.

I’m using the MN iOS app on two different types of IPhone SE and an IPhone 13. Screenshots are not going to show my issue as described so I haven’t posted any. I’m not the only poster who has experienced the overheating and slowness.

I’m on an iPhone using the app @BeckyAMumsnet last week or so my battery is draining fast and gets hot while on the app , I assumed that it was from overuse of mn 😳 and a hot hand !
