Private messages - Android app

I use the app. Had an email saying I have a private message. For some reason these aren't available on the app. However, I can't log in on the browser as it automatically redirects me to the app and I can't stop it. How can I see my message ?

Hello @toadinthebucket right now, PMs are not available in the app, sorry about that. Checking if the fix kindly shared by @larkstar worked?

@Putneymum101 you don't have to subscribe to reply - if you let us know what's happening we will certainly look into it.
