Cant open pms

I have private messages that I cant open, is it something I have set up to stop them?

I've namechanged since I got them but I assume you can see that!

I dont think I have done anything but would like it sorted please

Hello @Ginasonabendernow we'll look into this but could you give us a bit more info please? Are you on desktop or mobile? What browser are you using and what is your device? If you could also send us screenshots/screen recording of what happens when you try to open PMs, it would be v useful. Please send to [email protected]

Also, do check in your Talk settings that you've not blocked PMs by mistake: https://www.mumsnet.com/settings/talk

Also, @Ginasonabendernow can you see the messages in your inbox but are unable to click into it? And is it all PMs or just new ones?

I sometimes get a notification for a PM if I have blocked a user, but when I look at my inbox the chat has appeared at the top of the list but there is no message.

Have you blocked anyone?
