Signed up for Premium but still getting ads on the app

Is that right? Does it just work on the site? I mainly use the app and don’t mind paying if it stops the ads in there but if it doesn’t I’ll unsubscribe.

Ive tried logging out and back in several times but they’re still there.

It’s the iOS app. I’m seeing the advertising banner at the top of the page and the ads when you scroll down. Screenshot of a thread in active now.

@FiftynFooked we've managed to recreate this issue and will be looking in to it - it seems to be an issue when the app initially launches after the update. For now, if you close down the app and re-open it then you should no longer see ads - can you try that and let us know if the ads have gone?
