Virus pop up on site on lap top

Started getting this yesterday. Virus notification from Macafee. Anyone else?

We've been flagging this up since October.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this? As in the title I'm getting frequent "warnings", supposedly from McAfee, claiming I've got various viruses...
