No one from MNHQ replied to my last post. This is still happening and it’s so annoying. Please can someone sort it out!

Hi there @SecretVictoria . We're sorry we missed your previous post! Thanks for letting us know about this. Could you please send us the url for the ad itself, so we can see which ad is causing the issue? If you could also send us the url for the page you were on when you saw it, that would be great, too. And finally, could you tell us what device and browser you were using when the ad appeared? That info should help us track the ad down.

I can, but I’m out ATM so will do when I get home. I can tell you it was iPad and Chrome.

Thanks @SecretVictoria. Any extra info you have would be really helpful for getting to the bottom of this. We still have people looking at it and no joy yet but any extra info will help them get there quicker. We'll update as soon as there's any news.

Me too - can’t get past it and it blocks being able to see more than a few threads in Active.

@HebeMumsnet it disappeared as soon as you replied but it’s back again. I can’t see what it’s actually for as rotating my device does nothing, it flashes up with something about Christmas markets then vanishes.

@LilyMumsnet no so maybe a different issue. An ad taking up the entire threads list when I if I went off Safari and back on again. It seems to have resolved today … touch wood!
