Why is there still no 'music' section?

I know this has been requested many times.
And surely music is relevant to all of us, unlike a fair few topics on here.

Oh yes, and can it play a selection of tasteful music whenever you click on a thread please?? We could vote for music of the week and have singalongs which could be uploaded and voted on too.
