Site redirecting to an ad

It’s happened about 3 times, as I’m scrolling down a thread it suddenly reloads to one of those ad sites you can’t do anything but close the window to get away from

I’m using the mobile site in an iPhone if that matters

Yes me too. Very annoying. Redirects to a (very dodgy) looking ad and I have to press back multiple times to get out of it and back to MN.

Me too, when scrolling a thread and not clicking on a nothing. I’ve just seen it on this one! And also on https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/_chat/4857405-my-aim-for-this-school-holiday-is, which is where I saw it first.

It’s happened to me too, on every thread I’ve been on this morning.

Happening to me too. Automatically redirecting (with multiple redirects). Mobile site, iPhone on iOS 16.5.1 (c).

It's just happened to me on this thread, I wasn't even touching my screen and I can't get rid of the ad without closing the page and opening a new one.

Of all the sites I ever use, these IT problems with adverts only ever affect Mumsnet.
