Help Mumsnet: I can’t respond to private messages

I received a PM from someone looking for a bit of advice but try as I might to respond, it’s not being allowed.

I can type a response but then the arrow to press send gets greyed out and it’s then not possible to press send.

It’s been going on for the past week. Well I’ve only notice it since last week.

Any ideas why?

I have the exact same problem, on my android phone using chrome

Do you have another browser you can try, and could you make sure that your current browser is up to date?

Neither can I, asked earlier in the week about this. Using Firefox on a laptop.

Could you try clearing your cache?

By the way, this is just a shot in the dark whilst we investigate. We're trying to replicate it now!

I've tried this on my mobile - the send button is greyed out but it definitely still works. Can you click it anyway? Or is it non-responsive for you?

Hi, I’m using IPhone. It always worked in the past. Still can’t press send (well the grey arrow).
