Not receiving notifications and missed posts

I’m not receiving all the notifications I should be and often when I go back to threads there’s older posts that were missing before, including when I am tagged but the tagged post isn’t there for a little while. I did see others mention these issues yesterday. I’m not using the app.

Anyone? This is still a problem for me.

Hi! Thank you :) I’m on iPhone using safari, but it’s happening to a few other posters as well, we discussed it and I saw others talking about it yesterday too so I’m not sure what other people are using. The page refresh is still happening too. Thank you.

I have never gotten notifications, the only way I know I've been mentioned or quoted is when I get an email and even then it doesn't always do it. I find the app incredibly basic.

Please could you tell us what notifications are missing?

Notifications that there are new posts on threads. I’ll get them if I’m tagged or quoted only.

Thanks OP - can you just share a screenshot that shows all you boxes ticked to receive notifications? We can then try and replicate.

And can we just check - are you opening the emails from us? We tend to stop emailing if they aren't being opened, as we don't want to spam.

I am yes. I’m not as active last few days so as far as I know the notifications are working okay today.

Update from me: happened once yesterday on my own thread. Also the page is still reloading often and if it happens when trying to post you lose your post.
