Unable to search on posters names ?

Hi
Apologies if this has already been asked. I seem to be unable to search using posters names, either with the magnifying glass at the top of active, or by using the advanced search option.
Any thoughts on what to do ?

Yep, I can do it in the browser, in advanced search, and it returns results (I just searched by my username).

I can search my own but no one else

You have to delete the space that is added by default after the name you have typed. It then works. Took me months to figure it out

(it doesn't) - it was a link to www.mumsnet.com/search/advanced with the following straight after it ? username = rookiemere (with no spaces)

I've just searched @rookiemere and it co.esup with lots of threads you've posted on recently.

I don't think the app gives access to Advanced Search, @OneFrenchEgg

Hello, all. Yes, as @tribpot says, you can't currently use advanced search in the app, we're afraid. But this link on the main site should take you there. You do need to be logged in to use it. Hope that helps!
