Not getting notifications when quoted or mentioned

For a few weeks now I haven’t had any notifications when I’m mentioned. I was quoted yesterday and mentioned in a post this morning and have no emails for that. I’ve checked my junk folder and my notification settings which should be set up correctly.

I think I'm the same, on laptop, google chrome.

@SpongeBobJudgeyPants - is it the same notifications that you're missing? ie Quotes and Mentions?

Hi Dawn. I actually got the notification for that! Could it be that I changed my default username back to toastofthetown just after I posted, as that’s the only change I can think of?

Hi again @toastofthetown - that's interesting. Can you please have a check to see if you've received notifications for any of your other usernames? You're also welcome to test it out here on this thread if you want to choose a new name and post again?

@SpongeBobJudgeyPants - could it be the same thing happening for you? As in, you're only receiving notifications for this one username but not if you're using other names?
