"Quote" button missing

I have just gone to quote a post and the button is gone. I clicked "add message" in case that was its new name but that just took me to the comment box at the bottom of the page. I previewed a post but it didn't have a quote attached.

Am I doing something wrong? I'm using Safari on my MacBook, and I have also tried Chrome.

I now have to click on the three little dots to the right of "report" and that gives me the quote option.

Disclaimer: I only use MN on a laptop so it might be different on a phone, but it has definitely changed recently.

Ahh the dots are invisible on my screen! I clicked and the drop-down menu appeared but when I hovered over the blank space earlier today, it just highlighted the "report" button.

Yes dots invisible on my iPad but istill there. They are visible on my Google phone (chrome)

The icons have also disappeared from the blue strip at the bottom of the screen.

Could you please view the page in incognito/private browsing and let us know if the same thing happens?

The cross to close a picture missing too, but it still works when you press where it should be!

Just checked and all dots/crosses/icons are there in incognito mode.

All icons and dots are visible if I browse incognito.

I’m having the same issues on iPad

Thanks for letting us know what happens when you select incognito mode. We think this is a cache problem but we're still investigating and will be back with an update as soon as we can.

Everything back to normal on my iPad now.

Still not fixed on my android phone using Chrome.

Can you try clearing your Mumsnet cache/cookies quickly?
This should resolve the issue.
