Problems accessing forum on the mobile site?

Having irritating problems tonight trying to access MN from my mobile. Every time I try to get onto the site, a pop up box appears that I cannot get rid of (see attached screenshot). Attempting to go into subforums by clicking the relevant line just brings the pop up box back. Tapping the cross to the top right of the screen to try and close the box achieves nothing - the pop up remains there. I've tried going in through shortcuts, or via google - same thing happens every time.

Anyone aware of any problems with the mobile site? Or is it just my phone being spectacularly shite?

Hi OP,

We're sorry you're having this issue.

We've posted some fixes on this thread which we hope help but our tech team is looking into it as we know they aren't working for everyone.

Just letting you know that we're still trying to resolve this issue. Sorry it's taking a while - and thanks for your patience.

Hi all

Can you please try clearing your mumsnet cookies alongside cache? This worked for another poster so we think this could resolve it.

VanCleefArpels · 23/09/2022 19:05

I for one will need step by step instructions to do that 👵🏻
