Consent pop-up on every page

Is anyone else having this problem on MN? Every page I click on, I’m getting the pop-up that I have to click I consent to cookies, so I click it, only for it to pop up on the next screen I click on. It’s getting very tiresome! I’ve tried all sorts with my browser, but it’s not making any difference … and it’s only happening on MN.

Could you all try refreshing your page or opening Mumsnet in a new tab? This should sort it out for you. If you’re still having issues, can you please try clearing your Mumsnet cookies following the instructions below for your browser:

iPhone & iPad - Chrome
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app
At the bottom right, tap More ⋮ > Settings
Tap Privacy > Clear Browsing Data.
Tick Cookies, Site Data. Untick the other items.
Tap Clear Browsing Data > Clear Browsing Data.
Tap Done

Macbook - Safari
Open Safari
Go to the Safari dropdown at the top of the screen
Select Preferences
Head to the Privacy section
Select the Manage Website Data... button
Type Mumsnet into the search box
Click Mumsnet
Select the Remove button
Select Done

iPhone & iPad - Safari
Navigate to your settings
Click on Safari
Scroll to the bottom and choose Advanced
Click on Website Data
Type Mumsnet into the search box
Swipe left on ‘Mumsnet’ and choose ‘Delete’

Thank you @LilyMumsnet I have sorted it now, with much faffing and swearing, cleared my browsing history and rebooting the whole thing for good measure! The dreaded pop-up prompt has gone phew! 😄

@LilyMumsnet have also been getting this for weeks. Using iPad and Safari. Followed instructions above but to no avail. Also cleared cookies etc. Any other suggestions please.

I’ve done all that is suggested by HQ. Nothing works. It’s totally ruined my browsing experience so I’m out for a bit until you guys fix it!

I’m getting this too, and I’ve tried a few things. Also on safari. I’ve tried accepting, rejecting, clearing….
I’m also getting some access denied random messages after clicks in the same forum

Just tried blocking all cookies on safari and I get ‘the website has expired, please refresh’

Mine has sorted itself this morning - seem to have been logged out overnight and when I logged back in, no pop-up.

Sorry that others are still experiencing problems. We'll continue to investigate this but can we just double check that you're not using private/incognito browsing?
