It appears that responses to quote posts are either being cut off or not appearing at all.

Hi @StandingOvulation thanks for letting us know. We're so far unable to replicate this. Can we ask you to check you're running the latest version of the app? Also please let us know which device you're using. Hopefully it's a temporary glitch!

Hey @StandingOvulation you're on the latest version so we've ruled that out. It's a pain, but could you please delete then reinstall the app? Let us know if it's still happening once you've done that.

It's doing it throughout the "AIBU that the period of mourning is driving people batshit" thread (am sure there are others, but that's the one I noticed it on). It's the same problem that was around ages ago when the app changed, I think.

I'm getting this too, it's really annoying. On iPhone running ios16, app is up to date.

I've got an iPhone 13, just updated to ios16 but was the same on 15.6 yesterday. The app is v44.17

I've just realised it happened after updating to ios 16 if that info helps Tech.

I'm also getting this. On the app, using IOS 16. But pretty sure it's been going on before the iOS update.

There doesn't seem to be any logic to it. Within the same thread, I can get:

A "normal" post, containing a whole quoted post and new comments below it

A post containing only a (whole) quoted post, although the poster has clearly made additional comments below it which I can't see

A post containing only part of a quoted post, and nothing else

A post containing a whole quoted post, and comments below which are cut off part way through.

It doesn't seem to be connected to the length of the quoted post or the new comments made.

It is making following some threads very difficult!

It's happening to me too! I've got the up to date version of Mumsnet & iOS 16. I've logged out & in again but it hasn't made any difference. It's making the site fairly unusable to be honest.

Still the same. Site is unreadable. So fed up.

As you can see from my screenshot some quotes have responses. Some you can only see a tiny bit of the top of the response.
Others (mostly) it is just a quote with no response at all.

Can't follow any threads. Isn't there any update on this yet?
