how to cancel a premium account?

How does one cancel a Mumsnet Premium Annual Subscription, £49.99 and stay on with a non-paying, non-premium account? I cannot find a FAQ on Mumsnet about how to cancel a premium account.

See cancellation section where it states:

“You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current subscription term. Payment already taken cannot be reimbursed.

You can cancel your subscription by completing the 'cancel my subscription' action at mumsnet.com/subscription or by notifying Mumsnet customer support at [email protected].”

I’ve just tried the mumsnet.com/subscription link and it looks like it’s been moved/lost when the site was redone so best bet is to contact customer support!
