Account deactivated

My last post was deleted, and my account deactivated. No email, no warning, no reason given. Can someone please explain?

@lilymumsnet Hello 😊 please could you look into why my original account was deactivated and the last thread I posted deleted? Previous username Bunnyfuller.

I didn’t get a warning, an email, anything and I’m completely mystified as to what I did to get booted!

Hi @Bunnyfuller1 we're really sorry - you were suspended for spam but that was a mistake. We've reinstated your original account now. Let us know if you've any bother getting back in.

Hi @YetAnotherBeckyMumsnet my thread wasn’t even spam! I was posting about something I’d tried and was really impressed with, and actually was no different to other posters who had mentioned it previously - many many posters! Why not just delete the thread? (Still unfair as other posts have stayed).

I’ve been a member for years and I’m really shocked at being banned for a post that’s no different to others. I believe one of the mods has a downer on me for some reason, as she has deleted many of my messages previously, and I would love to know which mod did this.

Hi @Bunnyfuller1 we've reinstated the thread but have moved it to Promo Codes & Bargains. We understand why you're upset. We shouldn't have suspended your account on this occasion and certainly not without getting in touch with you to explain why. This was just human error though and certainly nothing more sinister than that.
