Cannot report posts in app

I'm no longer able to report posts from the app on my android phone. Once I press send I get the usual error message 'Oops! Something went wrong there, please try again'.

I've notice it for a few weeks now and it's just happened again while trying to report the obvious spam as attached. Help please.

Just noticed can't do it on my iPhone either.

Thanks for alerting us, @TriciaMcMillan. @newbiename are you also using the app?

This is a bit 'have you tried turning it on and off again' but could you please uninstall the app, then reinstall it? Let us know if this solves the problem.

I have, but just did it again and seems to be working now! I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks

Hi again @TriciaMcMillan . Ah, that's annoying. We're going to look into this now. Could you post here a link to the thread you were trying to report on as well as the post you were wanting to report, and if possible a screenshot of what happens when you try to report? That might help us work out what's going wrong. Thank you!

The thread I tried to report has now been zapped, so can't report again. I've reported two posts on this thread, which seem to have worked. So it seems it's the worst type of fault, intermittent! I'll monitor and post here with a screenshot when it happens again.

We received the tests - thanks so much for that.
