Black video pop up in app

Whenever I'm using the app, I frequently get black full screen pop ups (several a minute) opening. They look like video windows but there's no video playing and no link on screen that should have triggered video.

Is this a known issue? Can it be fixed? It's extremely disruptive and irritating.

If you could also capture a screenshot of the pop up and share that it would be helpful. Could you also please check that you're running the latest version of the Mumsnet app? Thank you.

Same here been happening for weeks on and off

@fedup078 thanks for posting. As with my previous post, if you could please give us more information, that will help us figure out what's causing the pop up.

I'm on an iPhone on the app . Will try and and remember to screenshot it next time

iPhone 13 pro, running iOS 15.5. App is up to date (as far as I can see). This is what the error looks like.
