Is it just me?

Or am I the only person who is still being asked to consent to each new page? Is putting me off using Mumsnet 😔

@justjuggling Yes me too (if you mean you keep getting the pop up window). Strangely it’s not happening on my iPhone but MN it pretty much unusable on my iPad. I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t matter whether I consent or not, I can’t get rid of the pop up consent window every time I click on a comment or move to another page. I don’t usually use my phone so if I can’t use my iPad I’m probably not going to use MN much as it’s too annoying!

Hi @justjuggling apologies to you and everyone affected - we appreciate that this is super annoying.

If you follow the instructions below, the consent pop up should stop appearing once you've reselected your preferences.

iPhone & iPad
Navigate to your settings
Click on ‘Safari’
Scroll to the bottom and choose ‘Advanced’
Click on ‘Website Data’
Type ‘Mumsnet' into the search box
Swipe left on ‘Mumsnet’ and choose ‘Delete’

Macs
Open your Safari preferences
Click ‘Privacy’
Click ‘Manage Website Data’
Type ‘Mumsnet' into the search box
Click on ‘Mumsnet.com’ and choose ‘Remove’
Click ‘Done'

If you're still bothered, please let us know.
