Can we hide the OP on top of every page

I go to a new page and get all excited thinking Op had posted something new. Nope, it's just that you can't hide the OP appearing at the top of every page. Or am I missing the hide function?

I'm finding this really annoying as well. There's no need for it to be there on every page.

Oh, I actually like the OP on top of every page as I have short term memory issues.

Apparently the page has been lost. Doesnt bode well for what op is asking for if basic links don't work

Hi it's www.mumsnet.com/articles/talk-updates - the full stop at the end got included inadvertently. Shrinking / collapsing the OP on pages other than the first is in the pipeline as I understand it.

The old system worked well then because you can opt for the Op to show and those of us who find it irritating can hide it.

Yes it used to be hidden automatically and you could opt to show it if you wanted. Much better and yet another change for the worse (especially with those loooooooong OPs).

Also missing the today/yesterday time stamps, will we be getting those back please? @StevenTechMumsnet

Also hate this and the quote function needs work I feel like 80% of my mnetting is scrolling past stuff I've already read 20 times
