I can't send PMs

Every time I try, I get a big black box with the 'Ooops' message in it.

(Using a Mac, Big Sur, Safari 15)

On any format for me, chrome or Safari on mac nor mobile site on iPad and phone.

I can't seem to send PMs either. If I click on the 3 dots below a post and select PM, it just sends me to a list of all my previous PMs.

I have two inaccessible pm,s which were there when new site started, since then I have sent 2 which did send, but the people I sent them to cannot open them. So at the moment I don't know if I can even receive them. It's rubbish at the moment, please sort it out.

Try clicking on the small pic at the top which has a sheet of paper with a pen. ! That's how I sent mine. Then you add the name of who you want to send to.

I don't want MNHQ to think that clicking on 3 dots has solved others problems!

I can't access PMs at all. Can't send, can't see, can't receive, can't look!

MrsElm and I have managed to send pm,s. For those of you still struggling, don't click on the three dots. Open your pm dept, go to top of the screen, click on to the small pic of pen and paper, that's how we have done it, hopefully this may work for some of you.

I originally had a big black page which I posted at beginning, then somehow that disappeared. So tried my new way and sent a couple of pm,s which others can't open. But it's actually worked for the first time between me and MrsEms. I still have two I can't open.I have in that side list a pm which I sent to Normanstanleyfletcher in 2013 !!!
obviously my way can't help you, wish it could.

I'm on Chrome and getting the Ooops black box. I've also lost loads of my PMs and some of them had info on them that I was keeping and needed to access. Some even say that I have requested their deletion - which I haven't.
You can't have the whole thread open either, so have to go page after page - which I hate. I hate change, and this is painful!

A lot of the ones in my list also say that user deleted them, but I didn't , not ever. I like to keep them. I too hate change. I keep working out where all the the new things are, then I still can't find it when I look later. And lots don't work anyway.

Nope.
Any attempt yo engage with PM on any platform results in the same 500 error immediately, be that trying to send one via three dots or clicking on the notifications.
It doesn't work and hasn't since the site changed.
