We've just discovered a possible issue with reports not landing in our inbox - which is rather typical for a Friday evening...
We're trying to get to the bottom of this as quickly as possible but if you haven't received a response to a recent report, then we haven't been ignoring you. It's highly likely we haven't actually received it!
