MNHQ here: We haven't been ignoring you!

Hi all,

We've just discovered a possible issue with reports not landing in our inbox - which is rather typical for a Friday evening...

We're trying to get to the bottom of this as quickly as possible but if you haven't received a response to a recent report, then we haven't been ignoring you. It's highly likely we haven't actually received it!

This is far from ideal, but if you need to get in contact with us and we don't appear to be responding, please could you email us directly? [email protected] - direct emails seem to be working fine.

This will just be until we get it sorted out - and not everyone is having issues so don't worry if you've been getting our correspondence.

I've certainly seen posts sitting there for days of the 'Hidden until MN can take a look at it' variety.

Just replied, though there's not much I can add this evening I'm afraid! I know we're looking into it.

This is now fixed and we're catching up with any reports we may have missed.

I've had no responses to any of my reports. I've sent emails which have not had responses. My thread was deleted with not so much as a single word to me beforehand. I tagged @claramumsnet in my post to no avail. Am I being ignored?
